Where are you located?

Our company is based in Philadelphia, and we usually book events within a 3 hour

radius. If you're interested in having us travel to you, send us an email at

Do I choose my own menu, or do you have preset menus?

It’s up to you! We offer customers a choice of either choosing among preset menus,

creating their own menu, or working with us to create a custom-tailored menu that’s just

for you.


Do you offer any discounts or any type of freebies?

Yes!  For bachelorette parties, we offer a free dessert.


What is the booking process?

1. Determine your event 

2. Confirm your party size and BUDGET

3. Submit an Inquiry and await a response from the Manje Team

4. Determine Service Needed and receive an invoice

5. Pay required Deposit of 50% to hold date and start event planning.

6. Select Menu and schedule call with Chef Moise

7. Confirm your menu, location, and event before paying your balance

7. Enjoy your service! 

8. Write a review about your awesome experience.

Do you come alone or do you have an assistant?

For events with two to eight people, Chef Moïse will bring one assistant. For events with more than eight people, Chef Moïse will bring one assistant or server for every eight people in attendance.

What precautions are you taking in light of the COVID-19 pandemic?

Our Staff is fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

Do you provide plates and table decorations?

Yes; All Per Person service levels come with plate service, which includes professional tablescape décor and floral arrangements—as well as high-quality charger plates, napkins, utensils, and glassware.


What is your base fee?

We work with most budgets, schedule a call to go through your options
