Chicken Roll ups

· Chicken Breast

· Salami

Dry Spices:

· Salt

· White pepper

· Sage

· Thyme

· Oregano


· Muenster cheese

· Mayo

Dry ingredients

· Panko

Phase one: Flatten out your pre sliced chicken breast. Place two slices of salami and a piece of muenster cheese on top of the chicken (you can use a meat and cheese mixture of your choice), and roll it up tightly. Season the chicken liberally with white pepper, sage, thyme, and oregano.

Phase two: Sear the chicken in a fat of your choice with the sealed part down, creating a lock for them. Lightly brown the chicken on each side. Top these with mayo (seasoned mayo works well), and panko crumbs. Broil these for 10 minutes.

Plating: Serve as a main meal or a snack!
