Creamy Chicken and Vegetable Soup

· Chicken Thighs


· Carrot

· Onion

· Celery

· Spinach

· Potatoes

Dry Spices:

· Sage

· Thyme

· White Pepper

· Chicken bullion

· Black Pepper

Dry ingredients

· Canned cream of mushroom

· Canned cream of chicken

· Great northern beans

Phase one: Boil chicken thighs in a pot of water until all of the fat comes out of them. Add in roughly chopped celery, carrot, and onion. Then, add in canned cream of mushroom and canned cream of chicken (allow this to dissolve).

Phase two: Add in your seasonings (white pepper, thyme, sage, black pepper, chicken bullion) to the pot. Allow this to cook through and reduce a bit before adding in potatoes. Turn down the heat and throw in your aromatics, cook this down for a couple more minutes.

Phase three: Once the soup reduces, add in a bit more water and great northern beans and stir. In the last couple minutes throw in some spinach and allow the soup to set.
