Crunchy King Oyster Mushrooms

Dry Spices:

· Salt To Taste

· Corn starch

Dry Ingredients:

· Ghee


Phase One: Begin by slicing oyster mushrooms and scoring them diagonally. Season the mushrooms with salt and a bit of corn starch.


Phase Two: Melt some ghee (or a fat of your choice) and fry the mushrooms score-side down, using a jar to press them down if they are curved. Cook the mushrooms on both sides until they are golden brown.


Phase Three: Top the mushrooms with a garlic ginger seafood sauce (the recipe is posted), and serve!
