Garlic Confit

· Garlic

· Fresh herbs

· Chili Peppers

Dry Ingredients:


Phase one: Peel as many garlic cloves as you desire, and completely cover in oil in a pan. Add in fresh herbs and chili peppers to the oil.

Phase two: Cook this at 250 degrees for around 2 hours, and allow it to sit for an additional hour.

Phase three: You can spread the garlic cloves on any dish you’d like, or make a chunky paste by squishing the garlic in a bag. By blending the oil with the garlic you can also make garlic puree (if you freeze this you can have garlic cubes).
