Mac and Cheese Bombs

Name: Mac and Cheese Bombs Serving: 4 Prep Time: 20 mins Cooking Time: 10 mins


Dry Spices:

· Breadcrumbs

Dairy:

· Cream Cheese

· Cheddar cheese

· Half and half

· Beaten Eggs

Dry ingredients

· Pasta of your choice

· Canola Oil

Phase one: Melt cream cheese, half and half, and cheddar cheese down in a pot until combined. Add in your pasta and more cheddar cheese. Cool this down in the fridge for around 4 hours.


Phase two: Shape the chilled mac and cheese into a ball shapes. Roll the mac and cheese into an egg wash, and then into some seasoned bread crumbs, then back into the egg, and back into the bread crumbs (double coating).


Phase three: Deep fry in canola oil at 350 degrees until golden brown.


Plating: Serve as an appetizer or with a main dish!
