Parm Crusted Baked Chicken

Meat & dairy: 4 Chicken Breast, ½ cup Mayo, 2 tablespoons of pesto, ½ stick of butter, 2 cup of heavy cream

Dry Ingredients: 2 cup of dry parmesan cheese, 1 cup of breadcrumbs, black pepper

Produce: crushed garlic, sage leaves


*** Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

1. Place chicken breast on greased baking pan

2. In a small mixing bowl, combine, Mayo, 2 tablespoons of garlic, & pesto

3. In another small mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs and 1 cup parm cheese.

4. Coat chicken breast with mayo mix

5. Coat chicken breast with dry mix

6. Place butter squares on chicken

7. Sprinkle a generous amount of black pepper and a pinch of salt


1. Place on top shelf of oven for 25 mins uncovered.

2. Temp Chicken to 165 degrees

3. Cook additional 5 mins if temperature is not high enough.

Pram sauce:

1. Pour into a small sauce pot: 1 cup of heavy cream, 2 table spoons crushed garlic, 1 cup of parm cheese, and a generous amount of black pepper, 2 sage leaves, a pinch of salt

2. Cook on Medium heat until small, bubbled form around the edge of sauce

5. Cook until desired thickness


1. Parm sauce goes over chicken and garnished with fresh parsley or basil
