Serendipitous Short Ribs

· Short ribs


· Ginger

· Garlic

Dry Spices:

· Italian Blend

Wet Ingredients:

· Epis

· Beef tallow

Dry ingredients

· Ketchup

· Beef Bullion

· Red Wine

Phase one: Begin by separating the fat off the short ribs and seasoning them liberally with an Italian blend. Next, air fry the short ribs until they are brown.

Phase two: To make the gravy combine ketchup, garlic, epis, beef bullion, and ginger in a pot and cook in beef tallow. Once your short ribs are done add them to the pot and cook off the ribs until the sauce is almost burnt at the bottom. Then, add in a whole bottle of red wine and a little bit of stock, fully submerging the ribs. Cook this for around an hour and a half.

Plating: Serve with the sauce over top with a side of your choice!
