Our experience with Chef Moise was absolutely phenomenal!! It was my first time ever hiring a personal chef but I took a chance and I’m glad I did! Chef Moise was hired to celebrate my boyfriend’s 23rd birthday. From the beginning she was very responsive which made things so much easier, the menu was sent over we were able to pick exactly what we wanted with some recommendations that will pair well. Once the day arrived the dining experience really felt as if we were dining at a five-star restaurant her service was amazing, the food oh the food! Was so full of flavor and the plating was picture worthy. Thank you so much for your service once again! I cannot wait to one day do it again!

All I can say is every single morsel of food was delicious and we even had a drink that was out of this world from her drink menu. 6 out 5 stars and that is not a stretch. I hired Manje with Moïse to cook a private dinner for 9 ladies for my sister in law’s bachelorette party. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Thara and Brittany! Thara was SO responsive and helpful with putting together a custom menu with only 6 days notice. They did all of the shopping, kept it within our budget. showed up on time, were so sweet and professional, the dinner was absolutely delicious (especially the brownie dessert!!), and they even cleaned up the dishes so we could enjoy spending more time catching up around the dinner table. It was such a special night, we are so grateful and would highly recommend Manje with Moïse!!

Chef Thara created and executed an amazing elevated menu for my son’s backyard wedding. She had 2 DAYS to prepare as our previous chef cancelled. You would never have known. She arrived at our home totally prepared. She began with an amazing grazing board which kept us full with tasty cheeses, meats and fruits. We sat for an appetizer of double fried chicken where everyone at the table wanted the recipe. Chef Thara kept us on track but when we were running late she was more than flexible with the schedule. Our dinner was filet mignon with a fabulous lobster mac and cheese as well as a beautiful white fish dish. Chef Thara and her assistant left our kitchen clean and sparkly. I would recommend her for any event and I know that I now have a chef for my family in the future.

We've had the pleasure of enjoying Thara's meals for a few weeks now and they have all been delicious. Everything is cooked and prepared with such attention to the flavors and presentation. Thara then personally delivers the meals and does so carefully with social distancing, which has made our lives much easier while home with a newborn. What a wonderful experience we had with Thara Moise!!! The food was incredibly delicious. She was so kind and lovely to have in our home. My son loves to cook and bake and she was so sweet in answering all of his questions. Manje with Moise took care of every detail and what a treat to have an amazing meal and not have to clean up afterward! I cannot say enough good things about our meal and would highly recommend her to anybody looking for a special treat!

Thara was professional, on time bought everything except the stove. She decorated out deck table for 9 course meal. Everything from the drink, my fav the salmon cakes, lamb, mac and cheese, steak for my husband and we saved room for dessert. Lastly she left my kitchen cleaner than when she came. Would 100% be using her again. Better than any restaurant experience I ever had.

I had such an incredible experience with Chef Moïse! From our initial contact she was beyond helpful in helping create the menu for the evening, although I don’t think there would have been a wrong choice. The food was incredible!! We had roasted chicken half’s, lobster Mac and cheese (OMG!!), garlic green beans, Cesar salad, cornbread, and finished with the most amazing gooey fudge brownie desert. The presentation of the food and table setting was perfection! I would recommend Chef Moïse to anybody looking for amazing food from an amazing chef. I also think it’s important to note that as a gay couple it was great to have an LGBTQ+ chef who welcomed, accepted and helped celebrate our love.

I hired Chef for my friends surprise birthday dinner. She was very responsive prior to the dinner and even reached out the day before just to check in. Day of she gave me an eta and was on time and extremely friendly. She even chatted with us throughout our dinner! She was amazing! And the food!! Out of this world! Post Partum Meal Prep
I had Manje with Moise come to my friends house to serve dinner for 14 people! She and Brittany did a phenomenal job! They came in and prepared all the food in the kitchen, plated the food and provided table service. The cucumber salad was delicious, we also had the lamb lollipops and Cajun mojo chicken for dinner. Along with Mac & cheese, maple Brussels sprouts and the brownie for dessert! They did an incredible job and made the whole dinner run smoothly — they also cleaned the kitchen up, it was spotless by the time they left! I would definitely 100% use them again!!! It was a perfect experience!
